eCommerce Administrator (Outskirts of Harrogate - HG3)

5 days from 7 (Including some weekend work during the Winter)

09:30am - 5:30pm

A fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced online retail environment. We have a diverse new role within our e-commerce team, that would suit someone with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work well in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the goods journey from order to delivery...

  • Assisting the eCommerce department in managing outgoing online orders
  • Picking and packing online orders
  • Booking couriers, dealing with courier queries
  • Answering customer phone calls relating to web orders and deliveries
  • Assisting with administrative tasks associated with the White Stone eCommerce system
  • From time to time assisting customers in our retail store (during busy periods – training will be provided)

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literacy and good numerical skills are essential
  • Due to our location a driving license and use of car would be essential
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • A confident person who enjoys providing high levels of service, both by phone and in person.
  • Knowledge of skiing and/or winter sports is desirable
