Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to extend our returns policy to customers who've had ski holidays cancelled due to the Coronavirus. Returns will need to have been made within 14 days of receipt as normal. Any late returns will not be processed and collection of such would need to be arranged by the customer. We hope you understand our position on this and that you can look forward to making use of your purchase next season and beyond.

Our returns policy for UK and European online orders lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Items ordered outside of the EU must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.

Should you wish to return any items for any reason, we will be happy to refund a product provided it is in a saleable condition and is returned within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to the address below. We recommend you send your return via an insured recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 days of ourselves receiving the goods. Postage for returning items is the responsibility of you the purchaser.

Please Note: We really appreciate your efforts when trying on items of clothing not to remove labels until you are satisfied with the item and ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. It would be much appreciated if goods are returned in the original packaging with all enclosed documentation and tags. We are unable to offer a refund on any goods that are marked or damaged in any way that we deem make the item not in a saleable condition. We cannot accept returns on ski socks if they have been opened. Thank you for your understanding.

If an item is faulty and you wish to return it, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note, giving details of the fault and send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. We may request photographs of the fault, before the item is returned to us for assessment, so it is a good idea to contact us before posting your item. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt. We regret that we can only reimburse postage costs if the goods are faulty or if you are unhappy with substitute items that were supplied for an out of stock item.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
