FAST WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We are based in the UK and provide fast delivery to many International destinations.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Delivery options and prices are displayed at the checkout before payment is taken.

UK Delivery –

UK mainland Next Day and Express orders are delivered via DPD or the Royal Mail for small items and or remote areas.

For delivery to UK, we have the following options –

Next Working Day £8 - orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Orders received after 1pm Thursday will be dispatched Friday and delivery maybe attempted over the weekend or Monday depending on your location. Orders received after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. (Tuesday for Delivery on Wednesday on Bank Holidays)

Express Service £5.99 - orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands is also available and will be shipped with DHL or the Royal Mail. We offer an express service (1-2 working days) £15.00 or a standard service (3-5 working days) £8.00

International Delivery with DHL -

We offer fast worldwide delivery to over 60 international destinations across the world. All international orders are shipped with premium courier DHL Express. To view our shipping prices in your location, please add the items you require to the basket, and our options and prices will display when selecting your delivery country. Please see below our current estimated delivery times depending on your location.

Europe –

Express – Delivery within 1-3 working days.

Economy – Delivery within 4-7 working days.

USA –

All parcels are sent on an Express service for delivery within 1-4 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.

Rest of the World –

All parcels are sent on an Express service for delivery within 3-7 working days of dispatch.

Important delivery details –

UK VAT sales tax (20%) will not be charged on international orders and is automatically removed from the price.  

The prices shown on our website exclude any Import VAT, Import Duty or Customs Administrative charges. Our delivery charges only cover the cost of shipping the order to you and do not include any other charges that may be incurred.

All International orders will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means the customer is responsible for paying any Import VAT, Import Duty and Administrative charges due on receipt of their goods. We advise all international customers to check local customs tax and duties costs before making a purchase, as the duty and tax charges must be paid to allow the goods to be released. The courier DHL will contact you for this payment on behalf of your local tax office.

If you reject your parcel once it has dispatched, postage charges cannot be refunded. You will also be charged for the parcel return.

Please Note -

For large/heavy parcels, there may be additional shipping charges for some territories, we will contact you should this be the case.

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Parcels that are subject to customs can be delayed beyond our control.
