We have extended our returns policy for items purchased on or after the 12th Novemeber 2023. (excluding outerwear - Ski Jackets, Ski Pants and One Piece Ski Suits)
An exchange or store credit is available until January 8th 2023. Any items returned after this date will not be accepted.
If you wish to receive a refund our standard terms apply.
Your item(s) must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags still attached.
If you have removed any labels your return will be rejected.
To make your return from within the UK, please follow the instructions on the Returns Form enclosed with your order. The returns costs are your responsibility. If you have misplaced your returns form please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for further instruction. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured service. UK Mainland customers will also have the option to use a DPD return service for £5.95 deductible from your refund. To make your return from the EU and International territories, make sure you advise the Courier that your parcel is a customer return and International Duties are paid. The return cost is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured service. Retain your postage receipt until your refund has been complete.

PLEASE READ THE POINTS BELOW CAREFULLY REGARDING ALL RETURNS:
Clothing - the item must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels, authenticity cards and 'return security' tags attached.
Footwear - must be tried on carpeted surfaces to protect the soles. Use our shipping box when returning as to not damage the product box. Do not apply any labels or adhesive tape directly to the product box. Items mistreated this way will be rejected.
Non-returnable - White Stone cannot accept returns of opened underwear and socks for hygiene reasons.
Refunds - will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 days of White Stone receiving and accepting the return.
Return costs - the cost of returning items to White Stone is the responsibility of you the purchaser. For UK mainland returns you have the option to use our DPD return service for £5.95 which will be deducted from your refund if used. (Insurance limited to £100) further details will be enclosed with your order.
Faulty Item - please contact White Stone immediately. We may request photographs of the fault before the item is returned for assessment. When a fault is confirmed by White Stone and the manufacturer we will repair, exchange or refund as appropriate.
