Returns

While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, we will happily refund any unsuitable items if you send your return within -

UK and EU orders - 14 calendar days of receipt.
International orders - 7 calendar days of receipt.

Your item(s) must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags still attached.
If you have removed any labels your return will be rejected.

DPD Return Service for United Kingdom Mainland
We offer a return service label from DPD which will be enclosed in your parcel.
If you opt to use this service, £5 will be deducted from your refund.
Package up your return and make sure it is fully secure. Securely attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any other delivery labels are removed or covered on the packaging. Take your parcel to your local DPD Pickup store, you can search for your local shop here; https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp.
Please note that using this service insures your parcel for up to £100 in value if lost or damaged in transit to our return address. If you feel that this is insufficient coverage then please arrange alternative arrangements with a courier of your choice where a higher value of insurance can be provided. The package and the items inside remain your responsibility until accepted/signed for at White Stone’s warehouse.

International Returns

Peel the label from the returns form and stick it on the outside of your parcel.
Package up your return and make sure it is fully secure.
Take the item/s to your local Post Office or Courier. Make sure you advise the Courier that your parcel is a return and International Duties are paid. The return cost is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured service.
Retain your postage receipt until your refund has been completed

READ THE POINTS BELOW CAREFULLY REGARDING ALL RETURNS:

Clothing - the item must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels, authenticity cards and 'return security' tags attached.

Footwear - must be tried on carpeted surfaces to protect the soles. Use our shipping box when returning as to not damage the product box. Do not apply any labels or adhesive tape directly to the product box. Items mistreated this way will be rejected.

Non-returnable - White Stone cannot accept returns of underwear and socks for hygiene reasons.

Refunds - will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 days of White Stone receiving and accepting the return.

Return costs - the cost of returning items to White Stone is the responsibility of you the purchaser. For UK returns you can use our DPD return service for a nominal fee, details will be enclosed with your order.

Faulty Item - please contact White Stone immediately. We may request photographs of the fault before the item is returned for assessment. When a fault is confirmed by White Stone and the manufacturer we will repair, exchange or refund as appropriate.
