Ski Wear Size Guide
Schöffel uses European sizing across its ski wear. The UK size references below are the sizes used by White Stone on our product pages. Schöffel's published measurements are body measurements rather than measurements taken from the garment. All body measurements below are shown in inches.
MEN'S SKI JACKETS
Use the UK chest reference as a familiar starting point, then compare your body measurements with the Schöffel measurements below.
| Schöffel Size | 48 | 50 | 52 | 54 | 56 | 58 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| White Stone UK Chest | 38 | 40 | 42 | 44 | 46 | 48 |
| Chest | 37.8–39.8" | 39.8–41.3" | 41.3–42.9" | 42.9–44.5" | 44.5–46.5" | 46.5–48.4" |
| Waist | 33.1–35.0" | 35.0–37.0" | 37.0–38.6" | 38.6–40.6" | 40.6–42.9" | 42.9–45.3" |
| Hip | 37.8–39.4" | 39.4–40.9" | 40.9–42.5" | 42.5–44.5" | 44.5–46.9" | 46.9–49.2" |
How to measure: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, around the narrowest part of the waist and around the fullest part of the hips. Keep the tape comfortably close to the body without pulling it tight.
MEN'S SKI PANTS — SIZE & LEG LENGTH
Schöffel uses different size numbers for Regular, Short and Long leg fittings. The corresponding waist size remains the same, so for example Regular 48, Short 24 and Long 94 all relate to the same White Stone UK 32" waist reference.
| White Stone UK Waist | 32" | 34" | 36" | 38" | 40" | 42" |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Regular | 48 | 50 | 52 | 54 | 56 | 58 |
| Short | 24 | 25 | 26 | 27 | 28 | 29 |
| Long | 94 | 98 | 102 | 106 | 110 | 114 |
Understanding Schöffel leg lengths:
The Short and Long numbers are Schöffel's own sizing system rather than separate waist sizes. Choose the appropriate waist first, then select Regular, Short or Long according to the product options available.
MEN'S REGULAR BODY MEASUREMENTS
The following are Schöffel body measurements for the regular men's sizes.
| Schöffel Size | 48 | 50 | 52 | 54 | 56 | 58 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Waist | 33.1–35.0" | 35.0–37.0" | 37.0–38.6" | 38.6–40.6" | 40.6–42.9" | 42.9–45.3" |
| Hip | 37.8–39.4" | 39.4–40.9" | 40.9–42.5" | 42.5–44.5" | 44.5–46.9" | 46.9–49.2" |
| Regular Inseam | 31.1–32.7" | 31.5–33.1" | 31.9–33.5" | 32.3–33.9" | 32.7–34.3" | 33.1–34.6" |
Inseam: Measure down the inside of the leg from the crotch towards the floor. Schöffel's size chart uses body measurements and gives a range rather than a fixed garment leg length.
